These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and tr688 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tr688 account login credentials, including your registered Bangladesh mobile number and password. tr688 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from tr688 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to tr688 customer support immediately.

You agree to notify tr688 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of account security. tr688 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account unless you have reported a security breach to tr688 support prior to the activity in question occurring. The following security practices are strongly recommended:

• Use a unique password for tr688 not shared with any other service or platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Bangladesh mobile number for additional security.

tr688 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. No currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions processed through any of the supported Bangladeshi mobile wallet providers. You must use payment methods registered in your own name — you may not deposit using a payment account belonging to another person. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be reversed and any associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by tr688 and may be updated periodically. The current minimum amounts are displayed within your account settings and on the deposit and withdrawal pages of the platform. tr688 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits or withdrawals processed within Bangladesh; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges which are outside tr688's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the platform's withdrawal information section. tr688 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Funds may not be withdrawn until any applicable wagering requirement attached to a bonus has been satisfied in full. Winnings derived entirely from free spins or bonus funds are subject to the bonus-specific terms applicable to the promotion under which they were credited.

tr688 offers a welcome bonus and various ongoing promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the tr688 welcome bonus and reload bonuses is stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time the bonus is claimed. Promotional terms are subject to change and the terms current at the time a bonus is claimed are the terms that apply to that bonus.

The following general bonus rules apply to all tr688 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once via multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your account. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money stakes unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tr688 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct is unlawful:

• Registering or operating more than one tr688 account under any name or identity.

tr688 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. tr688 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose, or that game outcomes will meet any particular expectation. Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds, bonus winnings, or amounts subject to an active investigation) will be returned to you via the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. Account closure does not extinguish any obligation you owe to tr688 arising prior to the date of closure.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
